A variety of learners benefit from this project. Some have an Autistic Spectrum disorder (including Asperger’s Syndrome); some have hearing or sight impairments and many have communication difficulties.

The project aimed to enable the college to engage with learners in alternative environments to the main college sites and to support individual learning needs during a variety of activities.
It would also enhance the College’s core supportive technology resources and increase capacity to support a wider range of learner needs. It would do this by developing the capacity for mobile learning, using new technologies and engaging staff in such use.
